When I was in (Sm) second semester of Geography I(Ew) has(Ew) my prefer(Ww) subject, called(Ww) Geology, this subject was very entertaining and interesting for my(Ww), for the contents treaty(Ww) and for the feel(Ww) trip realised. In this subject we had three feel(Ww) trips, two feel(Ww) trips to the ¨Cajon del Maipo¨ and one to ¨Til-Til¨, the two feel(Ww) trips to the ¨Cajon del Maipo¨ were the best. In these(Sm) I learned very much things and to(Ew) recognize some(Ew) formations of the surface.The teacher made us collect rocks, to recognize their composition, to know as were formed and where they come from.I found much rocks very beautiful, of many colours and whit(Sp) beautiful crystals, that even I saved in a box like a treasure under my bed because a (Sm)love it.Also in this feel(Ww) trip we searched for fossil. I liked a lot this activity because I found a lot( Sm)fossil that I never thought that (Sm)finding and these(Sm) are also my little treasures whit(Sp) those(Ew) I can brag.I and all my classmates enjoy very much this feel(Ww) trip, that it was an experience (Wo)unforgettable and I liked both(Ww) that I repeat(Wt) whit(Sp) my parents whit(Sp) my boyfriend and they(Sm) able to learn some things that I teach(Wt) them.

Some days ago, Gino, my best friend told me that he was playing a game on line about three civilizations; The Germans, the Gals and the Romans, the Game is called Travian. The play consist in(Wf) create a little town with one of the civilization appointed(Ww) before, then you must make grow these town until be(Ww) a big civilization. When you start the game one soldier of your town say how(Ww) you must do, first you must sow wheat and work in the mines and in the forest and you must produce mud, with this elements you can build barracks and others basics(Wf) building for your survive. When you have a town (Wo)strong with the basics elements, the soldier is leave(Wt) and the civilization is on your hands.This is a funny game (P) because you can attack others town and stole their products (Ew)for you, also you can training(Wf) many solders(Sp) different (Sm) and make business with others players (who too attack you) so is a good game, but nothing is perfect P this game is not the exception and sometimes it is a bit slow, but you can play while you (workWt) in the reports for the university. In the ¨Fiestas patrias¨ the Chileans celebrate the day of the independence, each Sm must put a flag in a Ew your Ww houses P for we Ww represent withWw our country and our celebration.In this celebration nobody work Wf, the 18Sm and Sm19Sm of woSeptember Wfis a free days and everybody celebrate, the Chileans get together with your family and they eat typical food and they play typical games as the ¨rayuela¨, fly a kite or a greased pole, also they can go to the ¨Fondas¨ where it have all this typical things and very much, food, games, enterteiment and typical souvenir for to buy. In this place is made different activities as typical dances and ¨rodeo¨, this time is very entertaining and ideal for spending time with the family.My family and I go to Panguipulli and in this place we create our own ¨Fonda¨, we decorate the place with flags and garlands.The first day my father and my uncle make a barbecue with a lot of meet, we eat meet all the day, it is very delicious, the second day we prepare an empanadas¨ and we do so much that we eat all the days and we left for the return trip.This time of the year is one of my favourite dates because the food is very delicious, we do many preparations and we enjoy much as family.

summary
This book is about a teenager who belongs to a poor family. Billy has a difficult life, his life at the school is not easy and he works because money is never enough in home. The mother and the elder brother Jud are Billy’s family. The father left the family long time ago, the mother is not able to guide the family and the elder brother has his owns problems. Billy feels lonely and there is no adult in charge of him. Billy is 15 years old and he knows his poor situation but he has a passion he wants to domesticate a specific hawk. Oneday Billy found a nest and he adopts a hawk. This issue become an important thing in Billy’s life. In addition Billy feels that domesticate this hawk is a mission and this situation will change his life.

To check others blogs was a good task. At the beginning I thought to check English grammar mistakes is too difficult for me. Finally I could see very clear the grammar structure mistakes . This issue produces more self confidence in my learning process. This positive effect is great for students, and it is totally creative.
The reader can know a little bit about the people behind the blogs. Consequently the activity is more attractive because the student is doing something in real life. Activities which involves real life are more attractive because they have a clear objective.

I could understand her message very well but she has a lot of grammar mistakes and it is normal in her level because some time ago I had the same mistakes, for example the excessive use of to, missing words and grammar order. Finally I think she is going to improve a lot in her English learning because she is happy and this means she has a lot of motivation in learning a new language.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of using blogs in the classroom? Write from your own experience this semester. Support your views with specific examples. These could include tasks you have done, reflections you have made or things you have commented upon with your classmates. Write between 300 and 350 words.
Students are bored of the typical homework or task so applying new kinds of exercises to the learning process is really useful.
I think to use blogs in the classroom has more positive points than negative points. Using blogs in the classroom has an important advantage because students must reflect about a topic. The depth of the topic depends on the teacher’s instructions. Sometimes the teacher can ask the students to reflect and to write about a light topic like favourite food or favourite place, etc but also it is important to write about important and profound topics. The point is to encourage our students to be informed about important issues that happened in our world. Global warming is a good topic to analyze in a blog because students can learn many things and also the student can add videos, pictures, music, etc.
I really enjoyed using blogs and I am going to use it with my future students. Using blogs in the classroom allows the students to face up to reality but also teachers make aware students about the world through an attractive and technologic activity.
The disadvantage that using blogs in the learning process has is the difficulties of checking grammar mistakes. I believe that walking around the students in the computer lab and trying to resolve doubts is an important step. For this reason it is very important that the teachers guide students in this kind of activity. As a student and a future teacher, I think this kind of activities affects students’ learning process in a positive way because to do new things is always something attractive and motivating

Compare and contrast the relevance of social class in The Commitments and Rumble Fish. How are working-class people represented in these novels?
Working class refers to a society group that must to work to survive. In comparison with others social class sometimes to work is not a necessity because family background is going to resolve money problems if a lack of money exists. A big part of the world population belongs to the working class but the big difference is the focus on the energy that people release producing money to survive.
Sometimes people produce money but with positive energy and they assume that they must work without another alternative. This case is very clear in the Commitments. All the characters were conscious of their working class condition, but they concentrate on music and they could connect something very attractive by working. They were very lucky because they could really enjoy working through the music.
On the other hand some people never assume their working class condition and their lives become hell. They want to have a lot of things without any effort and the idea of working is related to something bad. In Rumble Fish this situation is very obvious. Main characters suffer the consequences of a father who never accepts his condition. It is necessary to underline that sad and horrible episodes in lives affect and produce this stage of social resentment against to others and work.
To conclude it is very important the energy that people release through working. Maybe the work is not the appropriated but if the person assumes it with positive energy his or her life will be good and every thing will seem less difficult. Even to change this condition would be easy because in a positive stage appear new ideas, people that can help. In contrast when people release negative energy or working is relate to something negative every thing around this person will be negative.

When I was thirteen I was obsessed with unicorns so my artist uncle gave me a present, this picture. I was so happy because finally I had a unicorn in my bedroom on my wall. This was the first time that I saw this picture and I started to research about Salvador Dali and after this situation Salvador Dali became my favorite painter. I like this picture because I love this imaginary being. Also I like it because the colors are soft and every time that I felt sad this picture produced me a good feeling. A clean blue sky with fresh air and without noise and calm and this beautiful free unicorn in the midle of the sky.
My least favorite school subject
My least favorite school subject was physics, I really hated it! I hated the teacher too, he was incredibly boring. I could never understand his way of teaching he never tried to motivate us for example we never did an experiment we were always doing long exercises.
Well I must be honest I just a few times I studied or at least I told to my mother that I had to go to a classmate’s house to study physics. Instead of study we always finished doing other things like drinking alcohol or smoking, so going to study to other places did not work. Fortunately I had always purples and blues in my physics tests.
I think I hated this subject because I hated to the teacher I always associate subject and teacher. For example also I hated math but when I did math in the university it was completely different I could learnt a lot of thing that in the school they were impossible for me. But the real problem was the teacher because at the university my teacher was so nice that finally I learnt math!

How important are the following characters in the book Rumble fish:
Rusty James: He is the major character in the story every thing involves Rusty James, because the story is about a violent and harsh reality that we can see in any part of our world. Rusty James causes the movements of the story it means he starts the story, he produces the conflicts and finishes the story, so every thing is related to him.
The Motorcycle Boy: He is the elder brother of Rusty James, so he is also an important character but he is less important than Rusty James because in the Story there are many questions without answers around his character.
Steve Hays: He is Rusty James’ best friend. In the story Steve appears a lot of times He was always trying to connect Rusty to reality but his efforts were in vain.
Patty: She is Rusty James’ girlfriend. Also, I think she is important in the story because Rusty James felt sad about her many times. She also appears in some scenes as in images of Rusty James thoughts.
Cassandra: She is the ex girlfriend of Motorcycle boy. I think she does not have a relevant character or issue in the story.
Patterson: He is a policeman who just appears some times. But he is a relevant character because he put an end to Motorcycle Boy character.

Analyzing my friend's blog
Maria Jose’s blog has all the articles that we have done with Simon. She adds other things to her blog for example there is a link to watch a very good video. It is about parents must show a good example to their kids, because children always reproduce that adults do. Also there are pictures related to nature like flowers, butterflies, etc and I really like this kind of photographs. In general I like Maria Jose’s blog I think it is well organized but there are a lot of empty spaces. Most of the topics are my interested for example global warming or the horrible news about this repulsive man Josef Fritzl. At the bottom there is a picture of her friends I think this is nice because it shows Maria Jose as a friendly person. If I have to change something I would change the wallpaper. It is too soft and it is the same that Simon has.

I would like to meet Jesus Christ because I think the experience will be unforgettable and divine. I would ask him the most important questions that every human being would like to know, for example what happen after death? Why are we here? Where is God?
Why is life unfair for some of us? Etc I think I would ask him questions for many hours. Also I would ask him to teach me to be a better person maybe more sensitive, more tolerant, nicer and be more patient as he was in those times when he was teaching Christianity. Finally I would ask him to meet to his father and after that I would do more questions and then maybe I could die in peace.
I would like to show to Jesus there is a new thought in the world that is opening a new era for human being where we believe God is energy without conscious like us. That our earth is dying and we really need help. To conclude I would like to invite him to my house and ask him to leave a little bit of his gorgeous energy in home.

Attractive and dangerous
Last night happened a terrible accident in Vitacura. A young motorcyclist was driven so fast that he lost the control of his vehicle and he shot out of the moto. The accident was so violent that he died instantly because the accident broke out his body in two parts. This kind of accidents are not surprising because any accident related to motorcicles are always tragic.
This news really Impress me because I love motorcicles actually I would like to buy one but I know that they are very dangerous

Good memories
When I was a child with my grandmother we used to go every summer to the north side to Arica. This city is beautiful with beaches, full of palm trees on the streets, people from different parts mostly Bolivians and Peruvians. I have excellent memories from those summers. In this place I used to visit to my favourite aunt, the sister of my grandma. She was so nice and she was always happy to see us
. The last summer that I was there every thing was different. My grandmother was six so I went with a friend to visit my relatives but when I arrived to my aunt’s house she was different. She was old and sick and soon she died. Well I was there with my friend and we were teenagers so I had to recover and to enjoy this city. Arica was totally different when I was there for last time I met a lot of people, I had a lot of parties and every day was fun full of activities. In the mornings my friend and I used to go to the beach, and there we sold necklaces, bracelet, etc and all the hippies were around us became our friends. That summer was sad but at the same time it was really fun.

The commitments
Books are always better than movies in terms of details of the story. Sometimes movies just show the main ideas and are more concise.
Some books and movies are very similar and they do not contain many differences. However I think books are better than movies because books contribute to mental process in our brains and movies just stimulate our eyes without hving strong mental process. When we read we learn many things and at the same time we learn vocabulary, grammar, etc. The greatest thing about this process is that it is unconscious in our minds.
The book of the Commitments does not have strong differences in comparison with the movie. I must say that I really like the movie and it helped me to appreciate more the story of the book. When I continued reading my book after I watched the movie, I could identify the different personalities and their physical characteristics, producing the story more enjoyable than at the beginning of the book.
I think the story is told in a totally different way in relation with the book and the movie. For example in the movie the story is told by Jimmy but in the book the story is told by the narrator. (the narrator is not a character or someone else)
I believe that this kind of comparisons are very useful in our classes because it help us to develop many skills like reading, listening, speaking and writing. Speaking because we discussed about the story to do the written part.
Finally I must say that the story was fun, it was not deep and sometimes it is good to read and to watch fun stories.

High self esteem
Self esteem is very important in our lives. It is so crucial that have a big impact on our develop as a person. As future teachers must know how important is self esteem in learning process. If a student has a high self esteem his or her learning process will be faster than a person has a low self esteem because it is very important that a student believe in himself or herself, to believe in the power mind. This means that I must believe tha I am able to do anything that I want. As future teachers have to repeat this speech to our students. Teachers must do exercises to improve students' self esteem. A good exercises is to ask to your students to write down their virtues and how to improve them. Also art could be related with self esteem you can ask to your students to drawing or painting self-portrait. These pictures are going to show if students have a high or low self esteem. If some of them show low self esteem the tecaher must focus on improve it through another exercises. There are special exercises that you can practice by yourself. For example look at you in the mirrow and love every part of your body. This kind of exercises will be excellent for your soul!

This website is really interesting as a future teachers this page is very useful and as learners of foreign language too. I think this website is great because there are many sections and all of them are created in a fun way. For example if you want to learn useful sentences you can go to grammar and vocabulary section, there you will find different topics related with appropriate sentences and grammar too. Also there are quizzes and you can check your learning.
If you love watch fun videos this is your website too, because in all sections there are videos. So you can watch them and you will practice many things at the same time pronunciation, listening and grammar.
Finally the best thing is you can download many useful videos. So you can keep them in your device and practice any time that you want. Also English teacher will fall in love with this site because you will find different lessons with many interesting topics.
So I must say that I am very happy that Simon showed me this website because it will be very useful for my lessons, for my students and for me in all sense!!!

video Sir Ken Robinson
The video is really interesting because it help us to realize about the importance of appreciated children's talent through the particularity.
I love be a teacher but I never thought about the order of the subjects. In any part of the world we find in the top math and in the botton humanistic subjects so, if you are bad at math, history or languages you are bad at school. Completely wrong! because maybe you are amazing in artistics things.
Teachers and parents do not recognize the ability in children who think in a different particular way. Instead of support this particular children parents or teachers send them to a doctor and the doctor gives medicine to calm down them so the imagination also is in calm down.
Finally from this moment I have my eyes more open than before.

THE SECRET
This site is my favorite web page because is deeply related with my new favorite topics, about law attraction, our energy and the power of the mind.
One week ago I watched a movie actually is a documentary about these important topics. When the movie finished I was shocking because all the things that appeared in the film were truth and now I strongly believe in the power of the mind, the energy and the attraction law. So at the end of the film appeared the website, I ran direct to my mother’s house to check this web site. I visit this web any time that I can.
I like this site for the reason that reminds me the movie, the important things that I have to do every day, to try to control my thoughts and every day to try to be a better human been.
I think the movie and the site is just the consequence of my researching about these amazing topics. The big impacts on me are the topics not the site but it is clear that the site is important.
Finally I must say that these ideas really change my life, it is a hard long process but I am working hard every day.

From Peaceful to extremely Violence:

Do you know what is happening with the Tibet?
Tibet wants to be an independence country from China. Monks have to use the violence in many protests to resist the oppression from China.
China government accused the monks as terrorism and the Dalai Lama is accused as an evil with a human face. But everybody knows that Dalai Lama is a man of peace. If the China government would recognize the importance of the Tibet and the Dalai Lama as spiritual leader maybe things would be different. Chinese impositions are against to the monks and their special way of living.
It is sad to observe that monks have to use the violence because peaceful is useless in terms to ask solutions. For this reasons monks and Tibetans must be so extremely.

My favorite device:
The DVd is my favorite device. It is amazing because its sound and image are so good that you could feel in a cinema. DVD has many uses you can watch movies, listent to music, watch videos, etcetera.
If you are studing English, this device will be very useful for language learners. For example you watch a movie and take out the subtitles so you could focus on your listening comprehension.
You can use your DVD for fun or for study is your choice!!!
The best part of DVD is very cheap and everybody can afford one.

a long way!!!!!!
Hello everybody!
Here we are in our fourth year.
Summer is in the past now we have to study,to work, etc. We will need a lot of energy because this year we will do many things.
